ART. LET´S MAKE A LANDSCAPE WITH CHALK OR PASTEL!

STEPS

- Begin with a color like a sky at the top and something like a desert floor on the bottom. 

- Massage (the chalk/pastel particles) with your finger to get the particles to stay in place. 

- Next step, cut a cloud shape to go at the top, put chalk/pastel all over it, and then use your finger to push the chalk particles UP. That’s going to create some clouds.

- Do the same thing for another layer of clouds. 

- Next step, cut maybe a mountain shape. Now this time, flip it upside down and push the chalk DOWN, doing the opposite. 

You can even create some plateaus by cutting off the tops of the mountains. 

Here is another option: 

a DESERT LANDSCAPE with chalk and pastel.

 

Now choose which landscape you would like to do. It could be a plain

a desert

a riverbank 

the mountains

a waterfall

the beach

... It is your choice.
